Who is SIDRE

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the odds for the Justice Involved as the work to reenter society. We will accomplish this by being committed to the following:

1) To support justice-involved individuals in reintegrating into society by providing business education, entrepreneurial training, employment services, and a supportive online community.

2) Work to eradicate prejudice and discrimination of all forms especially for individuals who have past personal and legal issues.

3) Support local, regional, and national programs aimed at Criminal Justice Reform.

4) Share a compassionate love with to a broken community

Sidre's Long-Term Mission: To expand Sidre services to include housing services to support the justice involved as well as the community at-large.

Our vision

Sidre will strive to impact a future by empowering 250,000+ individuals to take charge of their destiny, Sidre will be a driver in reducing recidivism by over 75% in the next 10 years, and support criminal justice reform efforts locally, regionally, and nationally.
